If you give us your mobile number when you have a case created, make an appointment, or register for a training class, we may send you text messages with information about your case, appointments, and other information related to your activites with American Red Cross.  We may also send text messages about other opportunities to support the Red Cross mission.  If you do not wish to receive text messages, you may respond to any SMS message with STOP. 

The American Red Cross will not share your mobile number or any other personal data with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

SMS service is available on most carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Sprint, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular®, T-Mobile® and  Metro PCS. The carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

When you opt in to receive SMS messages from the Red Cross, you indicate that you are the legal owner of the mobile device which you registered or that you will incur any charges that may result from receiving the text messages.
